The Program Quotes Coordinator will be responsible for the electronic product quote processing which requires administrative ability, analytical thinking, excellent mathematical aptitude, and strong attention to details within a manufacturing background.
The position requires the use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)., Non-U.S. persons selected must meet eligibility requirements for access to export-restricted information.
Associates Degree. Electronic manufacturing experience. Strong organizational and problem solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
SPECIAL TRAINING/SKILLS REQUIRED:
Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills required. Knowledge of modern office procedures and methods including telephone communication, office systems, and record keeping. Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives without supervision. Experience and knowledge of electronic manufacturing, ITAR procedures is a plus.
COMPUTER EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Intermediate MS Excel, Word and Access skills. Other software packages as applicable.
