KimchuK's Engineering Design group is equipped with CAD/CAM hardware, verification tools and a wide variety of specialized lab test equipment. We provide you with a COMPLETE TURNKEY operation from design concept/ prototyping, through project completion/manufacturing

Gerber conversion to UIC Assembly Program; Design for Manufacturability ; High quality Printed Circuit Boards are created in Pads PowerPCB; OrCAD and Cadnetix software. KimchuK also has Auto-routing capabilities employing SPECCTRA router by Cooper & Chyan.

KimchuK has a complete ATE and Functional Test Department. Our Engineers can design a full quality testing system for individual circuit boards to complete box build systems. KimchuK has extensively invested in a complete line of ATE (In-circuit test equipment). The KimchuK Engineers will design ATE test fixtures that can perform a 100% test of all of the components on your circuit assembly, both for through hole and for surface mount technologies.
