Production Supervisor

Kimchuk, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor for Mechanical Assembly. Candidate must be able to interpret prints and work instructions and communicate assembly instructions to subordinates.  Ability to use prints, drawings, travelers and bill of materials to accomplish work assignments.  Knowledgeable of assembly tools, torque settings, cable/harness assembly as well as cabinet and box build assembly experience required.  IPC-A-610 and IPC-A-620 proficiency desired.  Must have sufficient process knowledge to recognize and respond to our of control conditions.  Must be organized with ability to set priorities.  Also, make reasonable decisions based on facts and available information.  A minimum of four years experience working in the manufacturing of electromechanical assemblies or electronic systems.  A minimum of two years at group leader or higher experience required.  Intermediate to advanced level computer experience.
